Vitwel website rental service.
The purpose of these General Website Rental Conditions is to regulate the terms and conditions, as well as the procedures under which VITWEL.COM (hereinafter referred to as the SERVICE PROVIDER), Vitwel, or VITWEL provides its services to its customers. These General Website Rental Conditions prevail over the commercial information published on the Vitwel website. They may be modified at any time and without prior notice, as well as any other conditions contained in any other document.
Vitwel offers website rental services to any individual or institution wishing to own one. The websites offered are primarily informational, meaning they do not require user interaction.
There are six payment options: monthly, annual, semi-annual, triennial, quadrennial, and lifetime, where you become the owner of the website. Monthly payments are made each month, starting on the day of the first transaction. Annual payments are made at the end of the selected cycle, with a special discount of 25% to 85% depending on the plan.
The service can be canceled at any time of the year without restrictions, knowing that the money for the pleasure can never be returned.
If the renewal price set forth in the price list is not paid in full, the SERVICE PROVIDER will not be able to perform the renewal requested by the CUSTOMER. The CUSTOMER will receive an email notifying them of the termination of maintenance on their anniversary date. Maintenance will be permanently suspended in D + 15 days, depending on the renewal anniversary date, and the CUSTOMER will receive an email informing them of the termination of maintenance due to non-payment.
If the CUSTOMER wishes to reactivate maintenance after D + 15 days, a service interruption fee will apply. The maintenance contract will resume once the SERVICE PROVIDER has received all amounts (maintenance contract price plus the service interruption fee).

For maintenance contracts, additional services, and hosting, prices may be freely revised by the Service Provider at each renewal period.
The provider may change the price of subscriptions each year at any time.
The CUSTOMER will be informed of the new applicable rate via the renewal notification email, sent thirty (30) days prior to the contract expiration date. The CUSTOMER may accept or decline to renew the contract.
The CLIENT agrees to include at the bottom of each page of its website the discreet mention “Site created and managed by Vitwel Rent-A-Website” possibly accompanied by a link pointing to vitwel.com and a logo.
The CLIENT agrees to provide all text, images, video, and audio elements necessary for the execution of the contract and to cooperate with the SERVICE PROVIDER by providing any documents or information requested. The website will be delivered 72 hours after receipt of all content. If the content is created by the SERVICE PROVIDER, the CLIENT agrees to be available to the SERVICE PROVIDER to discuss and validate it.
The Client acknowledges having received from the SERVICE PROVIDER all the information and advice necessary to formalize the contract. Therefore, the decisions made when placing their order or subsequently are their sole responsibility.
The delivery time does not depend solely on the SERVICE PROVIDER but on the CLIENT, who is responsible for providing the necessary elements to carry out the work (documents, access keys to the hosting server, etc.).
The SERVICE PROVIDER declines all liability in the event of delays caused by the CUSTOMER due to insufficient or late transmission of these elements. The Service Provider reserves the right to suspend any order until receipt of the elements from the CUSTOMER to be included therein, without prejudice or financial compensation, and without this constituting grounds for termination of the order.
Products purchased from Vitwel Rent-A-Website are only eligible for a refund if canceled within 14 days of the transaction date.
Only the current month of service is considered refundable if canceled within 14 days of the transaction date. This service includes: SSL certificates, daily backups, Cloudflare, Hostinger email, KVM VPS (excluding upgrades), and Dark Web monitoring.

Products or services that have been suspended, canceled, or terminated due to misuse or any other violation of the terms and conditions are not eligible for refunds. The purpose of refunds is to allow customers to verify whether Vitwel Rent-A-Website's services meet their needs. Vitwel Rent-A-Website reserves the right to unilaterally refuse service if any indication of misuse is present.
Occasionally, Vitwel Rent-A-Website offers special offers, such as a 50% discount. Services offered as part of these special offers are non-refundable and non-exchangeable for other services or products. Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used to purchase the service. Refunds will be issued to the original funding source.
The Service Provider may terminate the contract upon expiration by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, giving two (2) months' notice before the expiration date, without justification and without the right to compensation. The CLIENT may not claim reimbursement of amounts already paid.
The Service Provider undertakes to ensure periodic technological monitoring of the tools and technologies used for the creation and maintenance of the websites.
At any time, the client can decide to purchase the website in its entirety by paying the full price for the services.
